Went for the $39 lunch special - can't go wrong to get a 3 course meal for that price in Midtown West. The restaurant is beautiful; the meals/drinks were great and the service was incredible.
Nusr-Et Steakhouse is certainly one of the most controversial restaurant chains in the world. During Restaurant Week, I tried their $39 lunch special, which, in my opinion, is a pretty solid deal. There was nothing on the menu that I disliked, but at the same time, it lacked the wow factor one might expect from a restaurant of this caliber. The decor is stylish, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and the service is definitely good. Overall, it was a fine experience, but I probably wouldn't return--New York City has too many top-tier steakhouses and Michelin-starred restaurants that offer exceptional food and service at a better value.
Love stopping in every time I'm visiting my branch in the CBS building. Very chic appeal inside with a very cool round bar as a focal point when walking in the front door. Service is always attentive and prompt. Drinks are well made and high quality, as they should be for the price and location. I have not eaten food here, as I typically stop in for happy hour with some co-workers or clients, but the food coming out always looks amazing. I will stop in again and try dinner next time!
I wish I could give this place more stars , our server Drej was amazingly personable and friendly. The meat sushi is to die for and the presentation of the steak when it arrived was EPIC. if you enjoy a good steak and trying new things that you hope are amazing, then this is a go to.
The steak was 10/10 Service was ahhmazinggg! Servers kept checking in making sure everything was good. The way they presented the steak/food/dessert was perfection. Favorite part was the baklava/ice cream, so freaken good. Perfect place for a family dinner/ date night.
